Resident Application

Passages Transformation Program is a six-month up to 18-month program, designed to assist women to learn to live independent lives. The classes, group interaction, transition coach plan and accountability requirements are designed to help women find a relationship with God, themselves, and others. Our goal is to provide a safe, loving environment where women can learn to live free of destructive habits, behaviors and relationships while becoming self-supportive. Residents will receive a certificate of graduation when they have completed their program. A program fee is required by each resident. At this time we cannot house children; however, they are welcome to come visit. Donated clothing, hygiene items and groceries are available.

For Volunteers:

PATHS Membership Application - PATHS is a group of volunteers who provide their creativity and abilities to assist the Passages organization wherever needed – transition coach; teaching; social activities; public events fundraising; cooking, etc.  Passages has a very small staff and primarily functions because of its volunteer organization - PATHS. Your help is tremendously valuable in helping to empower women toward positive life change.
